Internal referral process
1. Visit https://jobs.sap.com/ to find the target position Requisition ID(s), prepare your email address and English name (given name first, surname last). Since you will receive emails from an international company, it is recommended to use popular email services like Tencent, Microsoft, or NetEase. Some email providers may not receive the emails or may classify them as spam.
2. Send an email with (1) Requisition ID, (2) name, and (3) email address to the email address at the top of the page. You may use "SAP Internal Referral" as the email subject.
3. Check your email and follow the instructions to upload your resume (preferably English version). There may be a brief phone conversation in English.

内推流程
1. 访问https://jobs.sap.com/查找目标职位 Requisition ID(一个或多个),准备邮箱和英文姓名(可用拼音,名在前,姓在后)。由于要接受国外企业邮件,推荐腾讯,微软,网易等流行邮箱,某些国内邮箱可能收不到邮件或误分类为垃圾邮件。
2.(二选一)
电子邮件发送(1)Requisition ID,(2)姓名,(3)邮箱地址 到 肆捌四六零伍陆贰@qq点com {@之前换成8位阿拉伯数字,com之前的点换成.}

3. 收电子邮件,根据邮件提示上传简历(最好是中英文简历,或简历有英语摘要)。电话可能会有简单的英语交流。

Q: 为什么需要通过内推方式投简历?
A: 直接投当然可以,但近期招聘成功的职位大多都是通过各种内部已有的渠道完成的,通过内推方式投简历至少可以确保候选人简历在渠道层面不会被置于优先级最低的那一批。

Q: 内推最后成功入职的几率高吗?
A: 很难给出具体数值。每个人条件不同,不同部门、职位、时间节点,对候选人的要求都会有差异,如果感觉还可以,就先联系内推吧。

Q: 实习职位/初级社招职位/高级职位可以内推吗?
A: 当然可以。各类职位内推流程基本相同(实习职位,应届生可投的初级职位和需要工作经验的中高级职位均可在https://jobs.sap.com/搜索到)

Q: 全球的SAP职位都可以内推吗?
A: 当然可以。但有的国家有法律规定优先招聘本国公民(也有国家无此限制)。如果想去海外SAP工作,可以先进本地SAP再Global Transfer.

Q: 具体怎么查找职位Requisition ID?
A: https://jobs.sap.com/ 是查询最新职位的推荐渠道,建议使用英文关键字搜索,例如输入 intern 查找实习职位,输入 developer 查找软件开发职位。全球职位均可搜索到,如果对工作地点有要求,请注意筛选职位地点。Requisition ID 一般是六位数字,请注意不要把当地邮政编码当成职位Requisition ID。
